Abstract:
The problem of WOOD.SHAPE 4.0 arose from the intention to promote a product in a consolidated market segment.
Thus, this project seeks to enhance maritime pine (Pinus pinaster, Ait) wood sheets using wood forming and overmoulding technology, aided by automated computer vision systems and RFID lag integration, in order to produce parts with pine veneer coating and high added value polymeric filler.
