The objective of the HABITAT 4.0 project is to facilitate the digitization of the companies that make up the habitat sector at the national level, through the analysis and evaluation of their current situation and the definition of viable strategies that allow them to achieve objectives related to the proposals related to the Connected Industry 4.0. The objectives of the project are summarized as follows: 1. To know the level of digitization of the Habitat Sector as a whole, taking as a reference a business model of this Sector perfectly integrated into Connected Industry 4.0, which uses the appropriate enabling technologies , which have been previously identified considering the sectoral framework. This knowledge will allow segmenting the Sector so that each individual company can be located at an established level. 2. Define, with objective criteria, the viability of developing projects for the implementation of enabling technologies that allow a company in the sector to achieve a level of digitization appropriate to its business strategy. Achieving this objective implies, first of all, characterizing and segmenting the set of companies in the Sector according to various variables that will be defined later. And then, establish the digital transformation plans (roadmap) that progressively and viably bring each company closer to the desired objective.
